Life Coaching

I can help you to integrate and facilitate healing on all levels from your core being, ranging from modifying patterns in what you eat right through to customizing the comfort level and energetics of your home or workplace. To best facilitate your holistic healing process I offer workshops and coaching in the following:

A session generally lasts about 2 hours, which includes: a check in, yoga & breath work to help you get into your body (approx 20 mins. ), Bodywork (approx 1hr 30 mins) intuitively integrating you in to you, finishing with closure dialog about yoga, nutrition awareness, meditation, etc. I am very flexible with customizing bodywork and counseling sessions to meet you and your needs right where you are at, to help propel you further into the adventure and exploration of this living spiral journey…
